SysLOCATE Renews Contract with DriveOK Inc.

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- DriveOK Inc. announced today that it has completed a renewed agreement with SysLOCATE Inc. and will continue to supply them with the S3000 GPS Vehicle Tracking Units as part of the arrangement. SysLOCATE has agreed to continue to license DriveOK Inc.'s portfolio of intellectual property as part of the agreement for the units that DriveOK Inc. manufactures in South Dakota and in their California-based headquarters.

SysLOCATE had recently concluded that the vendor relationship with DriveOK was producing the desired results of providing asset tracking and recovery for its customers. With end-to-end capability, DriveOK continues to be known as a valuable, solutions-oriented partner, not just another GPS Vehicle Tracking vendor. SysLOCATE continues to be a leader in on-demand asset tracking, recovery and anti-theft applications.

New features have also been added to the S3000 units. These new features give customers the ability to unlock car doors remotely and be notified if the cars alarm goes off.
